The cost of looking fine

I spent more than 20 years in corporate including leadership roles — targets, relentless pressure, a life that looked right from the outside. I tried changing roles, companies, industries, hoping the next move would finally settle something inside me. It never did.

Then in 2019, I lost my job. That forced stop became the real turning point — not therapy, not another career change, but a fundamental shift in how I understood my own mind, and what I actually wanted. That shift is the foundation of everything I do today.
