Mental Clarity for High-Performers and Professional Athletes

I work with high-performers and professional athletes in Melbourne to cut through mental noise. Together we build clarity, direction, and control through a structured, practical approach to mindfulness and performance coaching.

Meet ryan

For years, I built a successful career while quietly running on fumes — pushing through one role after another, never quite naming what was wrong. The fix wasn't more discipline. It was learning to control my own mind. Years of training in mindfulness, breathwork, and movement gave me something no promotion ever did: clarity, and the ability to think straight under pressure.

I started applying it with friends, then colleagues,
then professional athletes — and the feedback was the same every time, “this works”. Today I work with high-performers and elite athletes because I've lived the gap they're in: successful on paper, depleted everywhere else. My job is to help close that gap — faster, and with more precision than I had to.

Who is this for?

This is for you if:

You know what you should do. The problem is deciding what you actually want.

You're disciplined, driven, and quietly exhausted.

You don't need therapy. You need clarity and a practical path forward.

From the outside, you've made it. From the inside, it doesn't feel that way.

The ‘minderly’ method

Most coaching works on the mind alone. Mine works on the mind and also body - through meditation, breathwork, and movement - because clarity requires a settled nervous system, and not just better thinking strategies.

Phase 1 - Stillness

We start where most people never do — with the mind. A structured practice helps you understand thought patterns. Sleep improves. Reactivity drops. Mind opens.

“You stop running on autopilot.”

Phase 2 - Clarity

With a quieter mind, we go deeper into what actually matters to you and what doesn’t. This is usually the most confronting part. It's also the most useful.

“You stop chasing the wrong things.”

Phase 3 - Direction

This is where everything comes together. We look forward with intention, not guesswork until you know exactly what you're moving toward, and why.

“You stop going through the motions.”

Ongoing accountability

We set goals, build timelines, and I hold you to them. I'll tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. Our sessions become your future framework.

“You feel different in life.”

Athlete performance

The mental edge

Built for emerging and competitive athletes — breath control, focus under pressure, and the mental frameworks that separate consistent performers.

Workshops

For teams and events

Sessions on mental performance, clarity under pressure, and mindfulness under real-world conditions — built for groups who want tools they'll actually use.

High performance coaching for athletes

Mental performance isn't a talent — it's a skill, and like any skill, it can be trained. I work with emerging and competitive athletes to build the mental foundations sustained performance requires — focus, composure, and the ability to perform when it counts most.

    — Leroy, Business owner

  • "I can now recognise my emotions as they arise instead of getting swept up in them — and my meditation practice has finally become consistent."

I work with a limited number of clients, and this works best when there's real alignment — in where you're at, and how you want to work. A 30-minute conversation is enough for both of us to know. It's a straightforward conversation about what you're dealing with, how I work, and whether this is the right next step.

Why High Performers Feel Empty Even When Everything's Going Right

After two decades in corporate life, it took losing my job and one blunt comment from my eleven-year-old to notice what my success had actually cost me. This is about why high performers often feel empty despite doing everything right, and what changed that for me.
